Shipping times and rates are outlined at checkout and may vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
