At OHGELLYNAILS, we’re committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review the following policy to understand how we handle shipping, delivery, and returns.


🛍️ ORDER PROCESSING

  • Processing Time: Orders are handmade and processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom orders may take longer depending on design complexity.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and another once it has shipped.


🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Shipping Within Canada: We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. All orders include tracking unless otherwise stated.

  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method.

  • Delivery Estimates:

    • Canada: 2–10 business days

    • USA: 5–15 business days

    • International: 10–21+ business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery windows. We are not responsible for postal delays, customs holds, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


📦 LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once shipped, your order is in the hands of the carrier. OHGELLYNAILS is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors made by postal services. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.


🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to hygiene and the custom nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item arrived damaged

To be eligible for a replacement or partial refund:

  1. Contact us at ohgellynails@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging

  3. Items must be unused and in original condition

We reserve the right to approve or deny any request at our discretion.


💌 CANCELLATIONS

We do not accept cancellations once an order is in production or has shipped. If you need to request a change shortly after placing an order, please email us immediately—we will do our best to accommodate if the order hasn't been started.


📮 ADDRESS ERRORS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you put the incorrect address email (ohgellynails@gmail.com) us within the next 24 hours of purchase.
